Over her 25 years in the textile industry, Markéta gathered an incredible amount of experience and built countless amazing relationships. All thanks to her human and direct approach. She doesn’t need to beat around the bush to say what needs to be done. She not only knows how to lead people but also how to inspire others, as any good boss should. She loves her area of smart textiles and is excited by every new client project.
Romana Králová
We go to Romana when we need to untangle something complicated. That’s because she’s a miracle worker with a smile. If a world master in logistics exists, then Romana would be a great candidate. She’s got the numbers of every courier in the area and could probably find a shipping container underwater. And she negotiates well with suppliers – she gets what she wants, and everybody still loves her anyway. You’ll have no problem singling her out in the canteen, where she orders croquettes every day.
Adam Daňo
Adam blends sales experience with project management, giving him a clear understanding of both client needs and the practical steps required to meet them. An interest in travel and food keeps him open to fresh perspectives and new ideas. Outside of work, a passion for sport and technology reflects the same curiosity and drive he brings to every project.

Linh combines a background in textiles with sales experience, giving her a practical understanding of both products and client needs. A passion for travel and discovering new places keeps her curious and open to fresh perspectives. Challenges are met with a natural problem-solving mindset, focused on effective and practical solutions. Design is one of her hobbies, where creativity and a strong attention to detail come through.

Hana loves adventure. And what’s a greater challenge than creating a brand from the ground up? Driven by curiosity and a passion for building meaningful things, she brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a “learning by doing” mindset to every project. She enjoys creative chaos, beautiful aesthetics, and the energy of inspiring people coming together. Outside of work, Hana teaches yoga and is continually exploring the connection between movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.

Adrian has a sense for details and a feeling for simplicity. He considers every font, colour, and shape very deeply – nothing is there by accident. He doesn’t chase the effect, but rather seeks out purpose, and he likes to talk about the deep stuff (small talk isn’t his thing). And if he’s not working on branding, then he’s enjoying some silence – or a bit of music. He rarely comes in on time, given that he’s an irregular time optimist. But when he arrives, he makes it worth it.

Ing. Vít Lédl, Ph.D.
The scientist you want on your side. Vít has 20 years of researching optical systems under his belt and over a decade of leading a top-shelf development centre. He loves physics, technology, and pushing ideas into functional solutions. Unlike other people, he doesn’t like to travel, because it apparently takes up too much time and is uncomfortable. But that doesn’t apply to his bike, where he actually gets his best ideas. At SUNFIBRE®, he combines science and life to create truly beneficial technologies.

Praneeth Weerasekara, MSc.
Praneeth knows how to get a product from the drawing board to the customer. He’s spent over a decade in wearable technology development and is a treasure trove of experience from the textile industry. He approaches his work systematically while always learning new things. You can meet him on the hiking trail (he’s been to Everest Base Camp and Kilimanjaro) or at CrossFit. Nature, sports, and technology are his greatest passions.

Miloslav Eichler
Miroslav is a tech enthusiast with an unbelievably broad overview. He’s a techie at work and a cyclist at home, who most enjoys riding with his wife through the Czech Paradise region. World news, technical discoveries, and historical connections – they all interest him. He loves his work; it’s not just a job but his main hobby.

Ing. Jakub Nečásek, Ph.D.
Since he was a kid, Jakub has been inventing and creating. He started at SUNFIBRE® as a programmer, and he designs most of our electronics today. He loves new challenges, and one such challenge is the development of new products from the end user’s perspective. He likes riding his bike, but not as a way to invent new ideas. As he himself says, “the ideas come when they’re needed”.

Jolana has spent her entire professional life in quality control. Why? Because she finds great purpose in upholding the rules. As a little girl, she wanted to be a teacher, and today she often teaches us how to be even more precise. To the question “What do you want to be in your life?”, she answered: “A mother”. And she made that wish come true, three times, in fact. She loves her work – just as she loves her family, who are everything to her.
